1. Scope
This policy covers EvoronAI conversations, reference material, generation and editing requests, manuscript text, image candidates and adoption, cover uploads, reviews and publication. Lawful historical, cultural, literary, educational and critical discussion is permitted, but creation must not be used for the prohibited conduct below.
2. Compliance with applicable laws
You must comply with laws applicable to your access, submissions, use of generated content and public publishing, including relevant rules in your country or region, and are responsible under applicable law for your own unlawful or policy-violating conduct. This requirement does not replace the platform’s legal obligations or imply that every feature is authorized in every region.
3. Lawful materials and identity
Do not upload or distribute books, restricted materials or personal data without appropriate rights, or impersonate an author, rights holder, organization or authorization. Quotation, criticism, public-domain use and other legal exceptions must meet applicable rules. AI rewriting does not automatically confer permission. Do not fabricate sources, testimony or endorsements to deceive others.
4. No exploitation, threats or harassment
Child sexual exploitation, pornography, non-consensual intimate content, sexualized images of real people and deceptive impersonation are prohibited. Do not threaten, expose private information, harass people or incite hatred or violence. Fiction, testing or translation must not be used to evade these restrictions.
5. No fraud or real-world harm
Do not use the service for scams, phishing, identity theft, malware, credential theft, illegal trade or evading safety controls. Do not generate operational instructions facilitating real-world violence, serious self-harm, illicit drug production or other unlawful harm. Lawful research, journalism and criticism of these topics is not permission to facilitate harm.
6. Professional content and academic integrity
Do not present unverified AI output as a professional diagnosis, legal guarantee, investment promise, genuine testimony or authoritative certification. Do not provide exam cheating, dishonest academic ghostwriting or fabricated research services. Legitimate learning, editing, public education and creation are allowed; publishers remain responsible for claims, disclosure and use.
7. Asset rights and image safety
Do not request generation of, upload or publish pornographic (NSFW), sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes or other harmful images. When a cover request is refused or screening is unavailable, do not bypass screening to generate it. Revise the request, retry later or contact support.
Public visibility or appearance in search results does not permit unrestricted use of manuscript assets. Do not falsify sources, authors or licenses, remove required attribution or modification notices, or present an unrelated image as factual evidence. Check sources and licenses before adoption; leave the manuscript without the image or choose another asset when concerns arise.
8. Platform resources and community
Do not create abusive bulk accounts, send spam, manipulate ratings, fabricate transactions, attack endpoints, access data without authorization, steal manuscripts or bypass credit charges. Automation must not disrupt others or consume unauthorized resources. Do not use the library for mass distribution of unauthorized content.
9. Reporting, enforcement and appeals
Use the copyright or support page to submit links, a description and relevant evidence. We review content, context, risk and applicable requirements and may restrict requests, remove content or suspend an account, reporting to authorities where legally required. Affected users may provide context and appeal. A report does not automatically establish a violation, and not all content is necessarily pre-reviewed.
