1. Scope

This policy covers one-time EvoronAI writing-credit purchases, including requests concerning unused or partly used credits, payment errors and delivery issues. Refund requests are reviewed individually by the operator against order, delivery and usage records and applicable law. Statutory rights take priority over the general request rules here.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@evoronai.com with your account email, order ID, payment date, pack, requested amount and reason. You may include a payment receipt with sensitive details redacted. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes or payment keys. Explain if someone else made the payment so it can be checked securely.

3. Unused and partly used credits

Both unused and partly used credits may be submitted for refund review. Apart from applicable statutory rights, the service offers no universal change-of-mind refund period. Eligibility and amount depend on the order, delivery, usage and reason for the issue, not an automatic full or proportionate refund based on the remaining balance.

State whether your request concerns non-delivery, duplicate payment, a service failure or exercise of a statutory withdrawal right. We communicate the review outcome and, where needed, information required or reasons the request cannot be handled as proposed. See Contact Support for the initial-response timeframe; refund processing and bank posting take additional time.

4. Duplicate charges, missing credits and failures

After verifying a duplicate payment or delivery error, we coordinate credit correction, delivery or a payment-channel refund according to the circumstances and applicable rights. Check the original order before paying again for missing credits. Failed tasks, abnormal retries and suspected duplicate usage charges are reviewed against actual usage and the failure, not solely task status or whether a finished manuscript exists.

5. Refund method and credit adjustments

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel. Posting time depends on payment providers and banks and is not guaranteed to be immediate. A full refund reverses the order’s credits; a partial refund adjusts them in proportion to the refunded order amount, rounded to whole credits. If credits have already been consumed, the balance may become negative and remaining entitlements need review; this does not automatically trigger an additional card charge.

6. Promotional credits and account actions

Promotional credits without a corresponding cash payment do not create a cash refund. Deleting a manuscript, archiving a project, signing out or requesting privacy deletion does not automatically refund a payment. A refund does not ensure removal of already published or downloaded content. Credit corrections and cash refunds are explained separately; a credit grant is not a cash refund.

7. Statutory rights and dispute channels

This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal, refund, repair or other remedies. Legal rules for digital content and services can differ. Starting generation, using credits or accepting general terms does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right. Where the law requires an express request for immediate performance, separate consent, rights information or contract confirmation, those requirements must be met separately. Applicable rights are not excluded solely because credits have been used.

Creem or another relevant payment institution may handle refunds or disputes under its rules and applicable law. You may use official channels on your receipt or seek remedies through competent consumer-protection authorities or courts. Contacting product support first is not a mandatory prerequisite to exercising those rights.
