  How account, writing, reading and payment data are handled, and how to make a privacy request. Using the writing service does not automatically publish a private manuscript.

• Terms of Service

  These terms govern accounts, one-time credit purchases, rights in creative content and optional publication. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.

• Refund Policy

  Contact support about payment errors, credit delivery or service failures. Requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request is not confirmation of approval.

• Acceptable Use Policy

  Applies to conversations, references, text, covers, reviews and publishing. Lawful historical, cultural, literary and critical discussion is allowed, but creation must not be used for infringement, fraud or real-world harm.

  For account, credit, purchase, book or privacy issues, contact support@evoronai.com. Provide only information needed to handle the issue.

• Copyright and Content Complaints

  Provide specific book links and an explanation of your rights or the risk. Complaints are reviewed; public availability or AI generation does not automatically make content lawful or freely reusable.
