No. Reading public ebooks in the library is free. Credits pay for your AI writing and editing, not a reading subscription.

Credits reflect model usage during creation. Setup conversations, material processing, writing, editing and retries may incur usage. The model, manuscript scope and revisions affect the total. Credits are not charged by finished word count, so no fixed number of books or words is guaranteed. Your balance and usage history are available in your account.

This is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Purchased credits currently have no automatic expiry. Every pack provides the same features; only the credit amount and unit price differ. Credits cannot be resold or redeemed for cash, including promotional credits.

After payment is confirmed, credits are added to the account used for the purchase. If they are not visible after checkout, check that order before paying again. Give support your order ID, purchase email and a description of the issue, never your password or full card details.

Model use incurred before failure or cancellation may still be charged. Deleting or archiving a manuscript does not reverse usage. Duplicate charges, missing credits, billing errors and service failures can be reviewed. Refunds depend on the order, usage, issue and applicable consumer rights, not automatic cash conversion of remaining credits.

Buying credits or using the writing service does not automatically publish your manuscript. Public publication is an explicit choice. Review the content, citations, image licences and relevant rights first.
