Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-09-10

These terms govern accounts, one-time credit purchases, rights in creative content and optional publication. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Scope and service provider

EvoronAI is individually operated and provides AI-assisted planning, writing, editing, cover creation, manuscript image searches, ebook export, reading and optional publication. “We” means the individual providing these services under the EvoronAI brand. Contact support@evoronai.com for account, product and order support.

These terms and the Acceptable Use Policy apply to the services. The Privacy Policy explains data processing, pricing describes available packs, and the Refund Policy explains requests and handling. Creation credits are usage-based service allowances, not a commissioned publishing contract or a guaranteed number of completed books.

2. Eligibility and account security

Paid creation accounts are limited to people aged 18 or older who are legally able to enter a service contract where they live, and authorized when acting for an organization. You must confirm that you are at least 18 before purchasing writing credits. This purchase requirement does not restrict free reading; other use involving minors must still satisfy applicable age, guardianship and privacy requirements. Provide accurate contact information and protect credentials; contact support promptly about unauthorized use. Do not impersonate others or bypass account, credit or safety controls.

3. Limits of AI services

Generated results may contain factual errors, omissions, repetition, bias or similar expression and do not replace professional medical, legal, investment or other high-stakes judgment. Review them before use or publication. We do not guarantee a particular quality, sales result, exclusivity, copyright registration eligibility or completion time; this does not remove service obligations imposed by applicable law.

4. Generated content and independent service

Do not use this service to request generation of, upload or publish pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery or other harmful content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full restrictions. Lawful historical, literary, educational or critical discussion does not authorize generation of the prohibited content above. Restrictions may be challenged through support; an appeal does not guarantee approval and a refusal must not be evaded by switching accounts, languages or models.

EvoronAI is an independent product using third-party AI models. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by those model providers. Model names identify actual integrations or available technical services, not our product brand or a guarantee of generated quality.

5. One-time purchases and delivery

Packs are priced in USD, with credits and price determined by the valid pack selected for purchase; applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before checkout confirmation. Packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Select a pack in your account, confirm you are 18 or older and request checkout, then review and complete payment on the payment page. Selecting a pack or submitting a checkout request is not proof of payment.

For transactions completed through Creem, the Creem seller identified on the receipt acts as Merchant of Record for the sale, payment collection and related tax handling. EvoronAI provides the product, credit service and product support. Completion depends on actual payment-service availability; displayed prices and a purchase entry do not signify payment-provider approval or activation of live payments.

Credits are added to the purchasing account after server-side payment confirmation. Returning to a success page does not mean verification is complete. If status is delayed, check the original order and contact support to avoid duplicate payment. New prices do not retroactively change created orders; currency conversion and issuer fees are determined by the relevant institution.

6. Credit use and balances

Credits are allowances for creation and editing within this service, not deposits, securities, money, cash-redeemable assets or a reading membership. Purchased credits currently have no automatic expiry date. Promotional credits are not cash payments and cannot be refunded in cash at a pack’s retail price. Grants, purchases, usage and refunds are reconciled according to their respective records.

Actual model use for writing, material and context processing, editing and retries may consume credits. Charges are not based on final manuscript word count or a guaranteed number of books. Usage incurred before failure or cancellation may be recorded; suspected duplicate or incorrect charges can be reviewed. Settlement or ongoing tasks may delay the displayed balance. Archiving, deleting drafts or stopping future tasks does not automatically reverse usage already incurred.

7. Refunds and corrections

See Refunds for request instructions, review criteria, partial refunds and credit adjustments. Unused credits may be submitted for manual refund review. Consumed credits are not automatically eligible for change-of-mind refunds, but failed delivery, billing errors, service non-conformity and statutory rights are handled separately. Statutory remedies cannot be excluded simply because a service uses AI or is digital.

8. Inputs, outputs and intellectual property

You retain rights you lawfully hold in input material and must be entitled to submit it for processing by this service and necessary providers. To fulfill your requests, you permit us to store, transmit, process, edit and export relevant content. This permission is limited to providing the relevant services, not unrelated commercial exploitation of private manuscripts.

You may use outputs within rights you lawfully hold or obtain. AI outputs may resemble other content, and copyright protection depends on applicable law, human creative contribution and the particular work. Prompting alone does not establish exclusive copyright in every jurisdiction. Human creation, selection, arrangement or modification may be protected, but does not automatically confer ownership of included third-party material. Check necessary permissions and AI disclosure requirements before publication, registration or commercial use.

9. Manuscript images and covers

Manuscript images use real-material candidate searches. Review candidates in the image workspace and explicitly adopt an image. The system does not automatically adopt the first result or switch to AI manuscript-image generation when no suitable asset is found. Writing and export can continue without images. Searching and making new selections do not automatically alter already published editions.

Before adoption, check the image’s factual meaning, date, author, source, license and use restrictions. Search results and license labels do not legally certify authenticity, the chain of rights or every use. Comply with the asset’s license, including applicable attribution, license links, modification notices and share-alike requirements; likeness, privacy or trademark rights may require separate consideration. AI covers are a separate feature; generated and uploaded covers are subject to these terms and content policies.

10. Publishing and withdrawal

Publishing is your choice. Publishing authorizes the site to copy, store and transmit the text, cover, title, description and pen name as needed to display and provide the work to readers. This license does not transfer existing rights. Review quotations, privacy, trademarks and other third-party rights. Public availability is not endorsement or unrestricted permission for readers to copy, adapt or commercially redistribute a work.

To withdraw a publication, use the available management tools or contact support. Necessary backup, dispute and legal records may remain, and third-party copies already downloaded or shared cannot be guaranteed retrievable. Removing a public work and deleting a private project are separate actions.

11. Review and responsibility

Before using, sharing, publishing or commercially exploiting content, review it in proportion to its purpose, checking facts, permissions, privacy and other third-party rights, and decide whether to adopt it. You are responsible under applicable law for your unlawful submissions, infringement, deceptive publication or other unlawful conduct or contractual breaches. AI generation does not remove those responsibilities.

We remain responsible under applicable law for our own service delivery, billing, refunds, data protection and other conduct. This does not transfer liabilities legally borne by the platform to users. These terms do not limit non-excludable consumer rights or other statutory remedies.

12. Applicable laws and use restrictions

You must comply with laws applicable to your access, submitted materials, use of content and publication, including applicable rules in your country or region and other rules legally governing those activities. Website availability, language support or a model’s ability to generate content does not establish legality in your location or publishing context. Do not bypass legally applicable geographic or access restrictions.

13. Restrictions, suspension and termination

Violations of law or policy, account or system risks, fraud or payment disputes may result in restrictions, content removal or account suspension. Action depends on the issue; reasons and appeal options are provided where appropriate. Necessary action may precede notice to avoid harm or comply with law. Account restrictions do not automatically forfeit refunds required by law.

Contact support to stop using the service, address outstanding orders or request data export or account deletion. Outages, provider changes or maintenance may cause delays; if paid entitlements are affected, you can request restoration, reconciliation or a refund review. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and non-excludable liability remains unaffected.

14. Applicable law and disputes

Contacting support may help resolve an issue quickly but is not a mandatory prerequisite to exercising statutory rights, contacting regulators or taking legal action. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a blanket exclusion of liability. Applicable law and competent courts are determined under the relevant rules; mandatory consumer protections prevail.

15. Changes to these terms

This page displays the effective date, and earlier public text remains available. Material changes prompted by features or applicable requirements are communicated appropriately, with separate agreement where legally required. Existing acceptance records remain unchanged; a page update does not retroactively cancel existing orders or non-excludable rights.
